

Almost every issue of advertising copy contains personalization. Most of the time, these are variables such as salutation, title or last name. With our analyzer it is possible to determine the longest and shortest content. You can also have all the different contents of a variable output, which makes sense for the variable salutation, for example.
The prerequisite for the analysis is a structured text file in which the variables are arranged in a known record structure. For example:

The analyzer is valuable because it allows you to quickly and easily check the maximum occupancy and different contents of variables.
Two results can be expected after an analysis run:
1. A report file summarizes all results (extension *.rep).
2. A test file sums the results of min-max and different contents. Furthermore, separate files with the corresponding results (extension *.tes) are created for all test variables.
With the test data generated by the analyzer, you will never again experience surprises when your personalization is issued. All eventualities are already included and you can adapt your programming accordingly.
